Instagram and why I can never bring myself to theme my own.

Why I will never theme my Instagram

There are various reasons why I will never theme my Instagram and for the record, I am not dissing anyone who does this, it’s just not for me.  I mean they can look flipping amazing, and a complete treat for the eyes.

The thing is I couldn’t let go of the pictures I currently have. They all mean a great deal to me. Even if no one saw them. There was a time I would not have known a hashtag if I fell over one. I signed up for Instagram long before Facebook came on board. So I have been on there posting a long while now.

Checking back my first post was on 5th February 2011, wow Instagram itself was only 4 months old.

So I guess people would say why don’t you just have one for your blog?
Well, I have tried this before with other projects. I have started to try not to bore people who follow my personal Instagram. One was for my weight loss something I am still struggling with so that really didn’t work, there is another for my greyhound Mikey which I really do not update as much as I should.  My brain is scattered all over the place at the best of times. That’s another story.

No matter what I do it is not going to stop the follow/unfollow madness.

At the end of the day, I can only be true to myself.

My life truly has no theme or order, so neither is my Instagram.

So what do you think? Is it possible to have an Instagram feed that is both personal to you.  While being connected to your blog? If you have separate ones how do you manage to keep both sides separate and does one become neglected?
