Why are you doing it to yourself?
How hard can it be?
Are a couple of questions I expect to be asked when people find out I am going this, much the same way as when I became a vegetarian (of course the reasoning is slightly different).
Now I have been having trouble sleeping for a while now, beyond the fact I am a mother of a 6 year old and have a greyhound who sometimes has difficulty going through the night. Getting to sleep is not normally a problem but getting back to sleep after I wake is. So I though it was about time I looked at my lifestyle, coffee and alcohol are first on the hit list.
The bonus being that it will help with weight-loss and save money, for once I am hoping I will lose the right pounds.
